God certainly bestows His favor upon those who remain faithful and determined to stand strong in Him even through the pressure of temp- tations and under the trials that test to the extreme point of exhaustion. Knowing the greatest of reward, that will be given to those who persevere, grants a marvelous hope that is far better than any earthly endeavor; for, it is in this patience that God has promised the victor’s crown of life. It takes a loyal love of God in one’s heart to make it possible to live right in the love of Jesus. God gives the ability for each person to open up to Him so that the Holy Spirit within will provide the strength to live for Him in in humble sincerity. You cannot live with an ostentatious demeanor and base it upon true success in God; because, His standard is upright, and there is no other way to approach His presence apart from a real repentant heart seeking His mercy in the grace He has given. Much rebuke had been given by Jesus to those who thought their lives were displayed in honoring God with efforts that were showy in order to portray special privilege or of positional capacity. It is therefore just as important for us today to realize that an act of obedience in accordance to the words of Jesus is required of our lives, and that obedience is firmly attached in faith with a result of reward in regard to His promise to us. So we don’t need to be concerned with the ridicule that comes with a lifestyle in upright standing with God, for it is He that vindicates us in our very cry upon Him for His strength to help us through all our troubles. If we would only hold on to His truths, He will see us through all our anguish of mind and crushing grief! Turn your attention to Jesus by trusting in His saving grace no matter what you have done wrong! Ask Him to forgive you, and He always extends His forgiveness!
