As we notice today in these times how battles and war cause such an affect to degrees of devastation, we couldn’t really fathom how much worse in intensity and level of effect will occur later. Instead of living haphazardly, take a thorough inventory of what your lacking in terms of your soul before a Just God Who holds the final verdict of your life. If what was shown to those in ancient times stirred thinking enough to take God at His Word, how much more in this age should history prove that God fulfills all events according to His timetable! The direction that evil forces route ultimately go toward their own destruction at God’s discretion. This fact should broaden our aware- ness that our focus should be on God’s promise of sure deliverance to those who trust in Christ Jesus and His saving power. Our com- prehension of what God intends for us to know is based in the acknowledgment of what He revealed in truth, and His Word is true. With all the rumors of conflict that agitate the mind to take an action of precaution, there should be even more attention given with serious thought of what lies ahead in a war that actually ends all war; for, there will be final destruction to the ploy of the enemies of God who have rejected Him to their own demise with eternal consequences. As each seal will open with intensifying effects with power unleashed to harm, the amount of earth involved in war will lead to horrible lack causing hunger with pestilence and disease running rampant; in turn, wide- spread death overtakes as the grave itself waiting. Many others slain only to be devoured by the very beasts of the earth. All of these atrocities that the future holds should awaken one’s awareness that the greatest preparation should be one of acceptance to the grace poured out in the effectual blood of Jesus, Whose blood is found as the redemption price paid for those undone to accept to the saving of soul!
