The escalating problems during the Tribulation period will effect the economy to a greater degree than ever before. In the bleak atmosphere of those times, scarcity will run rampant to a point of widespread devas- tation. The disclosing of these events, yet to take place, should make one aware that knowing God’s salvation in Jesus is vital for deliverance from the wrath of God, which is certain to be unleashed, at those times appoint- ed by Him. It is important to think about your soul condition now, and accept what He gave through Jesus; for, the Holy Spirit guides the way to live for Him. Remaining strong in the words of our Savior gives us victory; because, the trials we face now are nothing in comparison to what Jesus warned about of those who would face grief and mourning in vast devastation. The darkest of days now could not even scratch the surface of what inflation will do later when the atrocities of war go to such a depth that ruin is sure to what the earth would otherwise produce. There will be famine and rationing, mourning and death, more than what was ever known. Shortages will tear at households and fear will grasp the minds to seek after what is needed only to find themselves empty and helpless. Even the luxurious lifestyle of the rich, who have placed their confidence in their riches, will suffer loss and desolation. Therefore, anything apart from God’s divine care will be futile to cling to. God has total charge of all! So why not take the time to realize that He sees everything you do? Heed His commandments, and believe in His grace! Be honest in your transactions; for, God is pleased with such. Your future is bright in trusting God; however, this world’s ways are fleeting and dull of real purpose, for only with God your life will have lasting promise! God will ultimately deal with all! Watch, “God’s Purpose In Distress”, and turn to Him today! LaNora G. Means
