As I felt The Holy Spirit deal with my life, I began to realize that I need to“loosen up” with this writing and begin to communicate some areas as to how The Lord led me to this in addition to preaching. First of all, I thank The Lord for what He has done in my life. I know that nothing is impossible when it comes to what He can do with a life, for I am a living example of that. In my sermon titled “Hope In The Midst Of Circumstances”, I felt the direction of The Holy Spirit taking me in thought about how The Lord works mightily whenever circumstances seem to press upon a person to want to just give in to the hurt. In example, I would like to say that many years ago, when it seemed that my health was failing me beyond what I thought I could handle, I questioned God about even staying alive. At that time my faith was weak, and I didn’t even want to go on with my life; but, God really worked with me in a miraculous way through much prayer by others in such a way that I felt my faith to build that I would trust God through it all to gain strength to keep going. Thank God, I’m still alive today and though sometimes life gets tough, I try to remember just how God brought me through all those times with victory despite setbacks. So, always remember that God alone has the ultimate say no matter how discouraged you may be today. No matter what you have been through, the love of Jesus surpasses all problems to give hope and victory with an assurance that He cares for you! In my sermon, “Covered By Healing”, I felt impressed in The Spirit to make others aware that as one may understand how physical sickness eats away at the body, so does sin consume the unrepentant heart of those in rebellion to God. As I have stated before that not everything one preaches on means that we are the prime example, but in every area of our lives, we still have our flaws. In noting such, we still have need to ask God to show us what areas of our lives that we need to repent and ask Him to cleanse us of all such faults. In areas of my life, I too, have strayed away, rationalizing that God understood. It was only when I humbled myself before Him that I truly could come to the knowledge to ask for Him to renew my life and heart to be pleasing in His sight. In “Peace, Hope, And Security Is Found In Jesus!”, I wanted to stress the fact of our victory by The Holy Spirit’s presence in our lives that gives the special rights to us who believe with a genuine heart to accept all the blessings that God gave us through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. He not only blessed us with His Spirit, but He gave us power to live courageously in boldness to proclaim what He did in His Love for us. He has given us wonderful gifts in marvellous ways with manifestations of His Spirit and the work that He does within our hearts and lives. Having the boldness to stand fast in firmness of His resurrection and the assurance of His coming brings excitement to the believer to persevere under trials, knowing someday we will have a better resurrection and partake of a more joyous inheritance in the riches that He has prepared for us at that time. All the pressures of this life is nothing in comparison to the glorified body we will receive as we will someday stand in His presence. But with that in mind, we must also be aware of the fact that we will give an account before Him of all that we have done in this life whether good or bad. Don’t disgard the precious Name of Jesus, for in that Name His Word is to be proclaimed and every healing work given comes by the best and only sacrifice for the secureness of hope and peace with God that could only come through Him! In this life, no matter what one attains, there is always going to be some sort of dissatisfaction to some extent; for, nothing is going to be perfect in situation. Apart from God all is useless activity anyway. That is why it is very important to keep God on your mind and have Jesus in your heart, allowing The Holy Spirit to penetrate one’s whole being to satify one’s longing for whatever emptiness that bombards the senses to succeed at whatever one strives to achieve, acccomplish, or receive. The disobedience of turning away from God certainly has its consequences, but seeking Him has great reward. With love to Him and service of life to His purposes, every anguish can still be turned around in blessing of strength, courage, and hope for a Christian. A future is bright in The Light of His love for it shines through the darkest of nights. Take a close look at Psalm 30:5 NAS - “For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.” Take some time to watch “Satisfaction Comes From Knowing Jesus!”, and may God bless you with Satisfaction through what He gives in blessing to your life. Waiting in terms of help for healing can be futile as far as humans may be involved. It could be that everyone is looking for a set way that it should take place; but, when healing is expected by trusting in God’s divine care in what He did through Jesus, there is a guarantee that we are in good hands; for, His hand is extended through His words of life, cleansing by His grace, and healing by His mercy. He does a total work within and is able to give a physical, mental, and emotional stability all the while imparting spiritually to our needs. Allowing His control of our lives brings a satisfaction to His purpose in the depth of His will and the length of our age in the fulfillment of life here on this earth. So, when questions as to “why?”, and no answer seems to come; and when seeking as to “how?”, and formality makes no sense, walk the way of Jesus in newness of His love! Don’t carry a burden of regret as to “why”, let Jesus carry the weight as to “how” by what He gave through His Spirit for deliverance applied to every situation. He will lighten every heartache and heal every distress in more ways than you could ever expect on your own! Please take the time to watch, “HE WILL MEET YOU IN HEALING!” Let Jesus enter into your heart to do a work in your life that the outcome would be wholesome! Don’t allow hurts to get deep into your thoughts to cloud your thinking! Realize God’s peace inside, and guard the opening of your mouth that what you say may be pleasing in His sight! Though adhering to these statements may be challenging to some, they are completely necessary in order to have the stedfast lifestyle God requires of us all the while being able to effectively warn others of the consequence of sin. Hearing Jesus through His word, and listening through His Spirit, opens our minds to enter in through what He gave us. That way we may follow Him in effective work that brings great rewards lasting eternally. Any other way would be a false way with sure doom! Let awarenss penetrate deep into your thoughts as you watch “You Must Enter in Through Jesus!” The wave of victory is praise that goes to God for all Jesus did for us on the cross and the hope it gave us eternally with Him! The greatest victory will someday come when we will be with Him forevermore rejoicing before Him giving Him all the glory! In this time frame we are in now, there is pain, sorrow, and grief. Deliverance is much sought out; but despair often inevitable. Looking for protection and strength in the things of this life does not bring lasting deliverance because those things fail us. But through the lasting promises of God in Christ Jesus our Lord, we can rejoice to know that all tears of hurt will one day be wiped away! Be blessed to know and accept this wonderful Deliverer, Christ Jesus! Watch “The Victorious Entry”. “Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” These words of Jesus to one of his disciples is especially important to us as believers today. The events that had taken place of the Resurrection of Christ Jesus and those who seen the tomb empty and Jesus in His Resurrection certainly are witnesses to the truth; yet today the believing in His words of truth and accepting by faith that wonderful grace gives such excitement and joy by knowing The Holy Bible as that revealed Word to us that we might live through Him and one day see Him face to face. Watch “We Live Because Of Him” and allow your life to be transformed by what He did to make that possible! God gives us purpose to live a wholesome life, and we should realize that it is in Him that we are to trust for direction to live to our optimum. If we allow the Spirit of the Lord to do the work within us that is needed for growth, then the reflection of our lives should then only be a blessing to see just how far we have come from the mistakes of the past to a life committed to pleasing God in all the favor He has given us today. This is possible by walking the walk and talking the talk pleasing in His sight. We can live this life by much prayer, reading our Bibles, and letting the Holy Spirit strengthen, encourage, comfort, teach, and instruct us each step of the way. When we keep our lives in tune with His voice of Truth, hearing that divine Word upon our hearts, we have the ability to remember all that Jesus had done for us, and that we are never alone, giving us our hope for each day and strength through every trial. My prayer right now is that my sermon, “JESUS IS Your Answer!”, will touch your heart and life today to live in that blessing today with an expectant hope for tomorrow! There is always longing for wellbeing and comforts of this life searched out to make for pleasant circumstances, but disappointment will be inevitable no matter what one desires if it is outside of what God is trying to work in a life and heart. Although the above statement sounds cold, it is in the trying times that He does the greatest work, if we are receptive to the instruction He gives us to allow that to lead and mold us that we may be fit for that use. We don’t often understand why we have to go through so many trials here on this earth, but God knows the outscome and that gives peace to those centered in the love of Jesus. Our longing should be toward Him and His lovingkindness that He has bestowed, for His presence can never be hindered from the lives who fully trust in His promises to fulfill everything He has for each individual devoted to His care. Look to Him in every need and trust in Him for every purpose. Take the time to watch “Nothing Can Contain His Fullness!”, and realize God’s presence and purpose cannot be tampered with human hands! Living an abundant life in God’s grace gives us greater satisfaction than any endeavor of achievement this world could offer; further- more, we need to ask God to examine our hearts before Him, with an awareness that He already knows the frame of our lives and the outcome from the very start to the very finish. He is certainly true to His Word, faithful to His promises, and is the Judge of all things in every way. It is saddening how passive we have become and even lack in our relationship with Him and fail to realize how much attention we need to give to Him in acknowledgment of His love through the very Spirit that gives us hope for tomorrow through His sure mercies in the eternal glory that He deserves. Christ Jesus not only made that way but is that way in access to those divine promises. Take the time to watch and listen closely to “True Abundance Is In Jesus”, and open up your heart to a communication of healing in a wonderful way. With an open heart of acceptance to be obedient in pleasing God, there should be a responsive action in the part of the servant nature by hearing His Spirit in the knowledge of His Word and listening to His Spirit’s call upon the heart and life in order to say what is needed by that instruction to both warn of evil and remind to stay true to what God did through Jesus to sustain the burdened and weary heart laboring to live in this life day by day amidst the rebellion and persecution. These are my comments for my sermon, “For His Name’s Sake” We are not to lose heart when it comes to our laboring for the gospel of Jesus Christ in the truth of His resurrection according to the Holy Bible. First of all, we must believe it, then hold firmly to it with a passion to adhere to His Word. Then we must share it with others by proclaiming it and reminding those to stay true to it, for it gives us our hope to be partakers in the eternal blessings that God bestows with the glory of feasting in His presence some sweet day. Sadly enough, those who once claimed the faith by the strength of that hope have grown weary in their walk they once had with the Savior. As was in the Ephesian church of so long ago, (which no longer exists today), so God today holds all authority to remove the unprofitable if they do not consider His reprimand repent, and turn back to their original desire for His Spirit and deep love in Jesus which had been compromised by the influence of the world’s ways into immoral acts and impure lifestyles with excuses of indulgence also leading others astray. There is need for a hungry passion with the light of the love of Jesus in order to give the best of work that is pleasing instead of the lustful desire with an appetite for sin that keeps lives in bondage and deception that has held them bound. I pray that God will work with your heart as you watch my sermon, “Rekindle Your Passion For Jesus!”, and remember Galatians chapter six verse nine, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” All through the ages there has always been those who have been unreasonable and are resolute in their own ways and unwilling to yield to the truth of God in His care for their lives. So much disputing and trying hard in efforts of self has plagued society like a disease that cannot be healed. When God worked His ways to show how He alone can do the finished work in every way to bring what healing is needed in restoration to reunite together the true rest in the peace of what Jesus gave, He meant it also today; for, we are to trust Him in Jesus for The Holy Spirit’s work upon our hearts that we may be pleasing in His sight in showing others the true mercy through Him in the marvelous grace of His ultimate love. In Jesus we find our real solace and the reassurance that we will meet again in His glory by the eternal life He extends. Take the time to watch and listen to my sermon, “Don’t Harden Your Heart!” and give attention through His precious Word and blessings bestowed by many. It is amazing, if we would only take the time to realize God’s Almighty hand at work in our lives. He brings us to the point where we may feel enclosed as to where to go. Just when the enemy thinks that we are trapped and no place to go, God uses such situations to show His glory by His mighty arm extended that we may cling to Him while He does His work to deliver, protect, and strengthen us by His care to follow Him and trust Him with our lives by His sustaining power! People may try to critically judge and take advantage of seemingly dire situation, but God knows His outcome, and every place we are at the very moment. Every place has significance in reminding us just where we are at and where God wants to take us with our lives. Even if others think of it as confusion, it is not always the case, for God is in control. These events of our lives should be realized as God revealing His glory through His deliverance that happens by allowing Him to get us through every circumstance victoriously. God takes the hardened hearts that persist to hurt His people and makes them know that He is LORD. Take the time to watch my sermon entitled, “Your Battles Belong To GOD!” If such notice is taken to the atmosphere and changes noted in climate, and the difficulties of dealing with the escalating and insurmountable problems that plaque society at large, what notice can be taken of the depravity of sin sick hearts unprepared to face the Just Judge of all the earth who created all things in the first place. People mock God and continue to mock and scoff at His Plan; yet, God in His infinite grace poured out by the salvation He offered through Jesus gives every opportunity for those to turn to Him in extension of His mercy to realize that His control is above all, and He has the final say over every endeavor in this life. Heaven and earth is all His, and He knows all hearts and minds in accordance to His plan for our lives. It is important to look to Him and never be ashamed of what He has done in our lives in the work of His love to us; but, not only accepting that love, but showing His love forth in the obedience He commands in order for us to be pleasing in His sight. By watching “God Has The Last Say!”, take notice what God does in hearts and lives to stay true to Him and His care for our lives. First of all, I would like to make a comment as to addressing in text, GOD in all capital letters. The answer to everything is the fact that HE IS THE ALMIGHTY. Some may think in regard to a “religious” perspective; but, actually, a step further, is the fact that GOD IS The Ultimate Judge of everything and everyone, and HE IS The Ruler of the universe and has the final verdict as to who has accepted Him as their LORD and SAVIOR. No one in this life could say His Name with the respect He deserves; for we are finite creatures; but, by His grace, we can call upon Him and He hears our cry, for His is merciful! No one deserves to call upon Him; but by His grace, He gave us His best in His SON, in order that we may call upon His precious Name whenever we are hurting. It is within that grace that forgiveness is extended and healing made possible and it gives us a right standing in GOD’s plan. In His plan of redemption, His promises stand true to those who believe upon His WORD. GOD gave us His best in CHRIST JESUS. Our inheritance with Him far exceeds the tangible, for the eternal is much more blessed in that we will live forever in His presence; but the requirement is the acceptance to His grace in that love He extended. Without it, one is living for self and trying to fulfill the life they have to gratify one’s own desires and is a slave to the sinful nature without regard to the outcome of one’s soul condition before the Almighty Judge: For He alone has the final say of destination as to whether one might it right with Him or not. In the terms of the lifespan we have, (as we know within the time frame in the age as we know it), it is filled with much trouble, pain, suffering, and temptations. There are also many within the period of their lives who have mistakenly given attention to an overly important fashion as to make “gods” of everything in this life, as in misplaced priority. This forfeits the blessings that God gave in the rights belonging to them who take credence in the Word Of Truth. The instruction He gave through His Spirit and that living within the believer gives victory to overcome the world’s ways that promote such efforts in an idolistic manner. In respect to what He gave us in the person and work of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, as believers we should humbly admit that without that plan we are helpless and hopeless; for, we could never meet the righteous requirements on our own because of the sinful nature that wars within our lives, (especially when we fail to realize that it is only on His mercy that we can rely on to overcome such weakness), and prevails whenever we don’t walk according to His benevolent love He gave us. For it is in this love that strength is found, giving us victory to overcome anything that would otherwise turn us away and separate and cause us separation from His mercy. With the presence of The Holy Spirit’s work upon our hearts, our minds are to be centered in the work He did in our lives that we may put to death any thought that should arise as relying upon our own efforts to elevate our desires above His true purpose that He alone deals with us on an individual manner. There is a need for emphasis in the fact that He alone deserves all respect in a reverential awe that belongs to Him; that we be suitable in devotion to His ways, and that we be committed to His purpose for our lives, relying on His strength with a stedfast attitude to be fearless in oppostion.
