People often make such a point of what a genealogy holds in regard to integrity;
but regardless to whom or what people group a person is related to doesn’t mean
that sin should prevail. Sin is sin and no matter how a person is related does not
mean one has to turn out like any paricular family member that lives in a lifestyle of
sinful practices. There are many wicked practices that people get all twisted up in,
but God moves on the scene whenever there is repentance and a true turning away
from doing wrong and clinging to doing what is right. Jesus came to save the lost,
and heal the brokenhearted; but there is also coming a time when His authority
to triumph in judgment is set. So, we should give God all the glory. We are to trust
Him with our lives, for it is because of Him that we can truly live in victory. So we
must understand the proof of the virgin birth of Jesus as a very sacred event and
the facts are all clear of His genealogy that traces the truth of His rightful place in
the royal line and rightful claim to the throne. He is King of kings, and Lord of lords.
With those in the succession of the line traced, you will find out that many had horrible
flaws in their lives, but with God’s grace applied they played a part leading to the most
important event in history, the birth of Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior, the true King
of all. It is within the pages of His Word that we find God’s magnificent love for all
in such a way to perform that miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit’s work.
That occurrence certainty is in accord with Old Testament prophecy and in line
with scripture of the New Covenant promised. This humble birth of the most
precious gift wrapped up and laid in a manger would far exceed the magnitude
of the greatest of any earthly ruler or kingdom, and would out excel any capability
of any other in authority and power. In His birth we see the precious Lamb of
God Who was to be sacrificed in order for us to be saved; and because of His
resurrection we shall live forevermore with our acceptance to His grace that
secures our hope in the eternal life He gives to those who believe. God’s
Kingdom is eternal and His rule and reign is forever. So this Christmas, remember
the love God gave us through His Son to save, heal, and deliver you from your
broken life. So sit down, relax and watch, “His Name Is JESUS” .
