With the peace of God upon one’s life, there is hope! Whether it is sickness that tries to destroy one’s health, or despair that tries to impair one’s thinking, God un- derstands exactly where a person stands with Him. The song of the heart yearns for the cry of help in the time of trouble. It is especially in that time when encour- agement is desired; but, in what proportion really makes sense without overstep- ping a boundary in relation to the situation involved. The brightness of cheerful- ness may instead seem dull as a shadow of pain. Leaning on Jesus’s promise for eternal life, trusting in God’s Word, and relying upon the presence of the Holy Spirit is important for victory to be obtained. Although there are many circum- stances to be alarmed about, as one may feel as though the tunnel of torture continues to plague society at large, please remember this, The Almighty God, in His marvelous love, encircles those who place their whole lives in His care. If He loves His own so much to bless in ways beyond earthly comprehension, just imagine how much more He desires for the cry of the heart be directed toward Him of the condition of soul. So, whenever hurts swallow you in a tight squeeze, knocking you off focus as to what is truly important, and you feel dry spiritually, realize that if you look to Jesus as our example of suffering, it brings an opening that expands in the fragrance of joy that is ahead of us some sweet day rejoicing in His presence. The joining together in the sanctity of marriage could be com- pared to the seriousness of just how sacred such vows exchanged in the love of God. The King of kings and Lord of lords takes the preeminence over all life! God’s plan unveiled gave way for the direction of the course of life from the perspective of our relationship regarding salvation. Deliverance from problems depends upon the obedience in direct relation to trusting in the steadfast love of what Jesus offered by the will of God! It takes courage and strength that we may often feel without; but, it is in Jesus name that we stand strong in the truth and consolation that the Holy Spirit fills our lives with, even in times of uncertainty. We may be filled with the questions that life throws at us, but staying in prayer gives us the firm standing in the love of God for victory to be an overcomer of this age of difficulties (See 1 Thessalonians 5:17).
