A deep desire to worship God produces an ardent passion to seek The Holy Spirit to pour out His divine love. He extends that love that we may be even more effective to rely on Him for the strength to praise Him all the while expecting His blessings toward us. It is worthy to note the fact that the report of praise can even be given far before we even see the results of our prayers. For, it is in this time that our faith grows with the hopeful expectation that God will work favorably in our petition before Him of our every need that we have that challenges our lives. It is very important for a child of God to wake up each day with a longing to start the day out by praising God for who He is, all that He has done, and all that He will do in our lives. Because of His goodness, we have the capacity to seek Him as so our very spiritual health depends upon it. For instance, take a look at Psalm 63:1. In this verse it is clear that the Psalmist David acknow- ledged the supremacy and strength of God and knew how vital to the very breath of his life to praise God in victory (see Psalm 63:3), and adore and thank Him with uplifted hands in honor to Him (see verse 4). With this healthy regimen, joy shines forth of the love Jesus places within, His Word poured forth in praise of what He will do for us, and in pondering His lovingkindness, we can expect His answers are sure and does the work of conviction to deal with every problem that comes our way. We can be assured that His glory will not be tampered with; for He deserves our highest praise and we are to thirst for Him in the barrenness of our lives as searching for the refreshment to saturate us so that we may live.
